Sharing Permissions

When you are collaborating with another user in NextMove PRO you are able to share certain pieces of data with them, like your Transaction Cards, Task Sequences, and Email Templates. There are two ways you can share this data with another user: share automatically or choose what to share individually. 

Sharing Data Automatically

Sharing data automatically is extremely useful if you are a part of a team with a team manager, if you work with a certain transaction coordinator exclusively, or if you have an admin. To automatically share your data with these users:

1. Click on the 'Team' tab in the side menu bar.

2. Make sure you are already connected to the other user. If you are not connected, click here to learn how to connect.

3. If you are already connected, then you can use the switches next to the other users' names to select which data you want to automatically share.  


 

Note: Only the transaction cards, sequences, and templates created AFTER toggling the switch on will be shared. 

 

Share Data Individually

Instead of sharing data automatically with another user, you can also choose to only share a few individual items. Click on the links below to learn how to share data individually:
