To set your goal in NextMove PRO, click on 'Set Goal' in your Dashboard.
You have a choice to either use the Simple Goal Calculator or the Advanced Goal Calculator. If this is your first time setting your goal in NextMove PRO, we recommend using the Simple Goal Calculator.
The easiest way to set your goal is to use our Simple Goal Calculator. You only need to input a few simple metrics and we use national averages for everything else.
Net Income Target - This is the amount of money you want to take home for the year.
Monthly Business Expenses - Estimate how much money you spend each month on your business.
Average Home Price - The average price your clients buy or sell their homes. The national average is $250,000.
Average Commission - The average commission percentage you are paid on a closed transaction.
Brokerage Commission Split - This is the percentage of commission you keep after your brokerage split.
When you are done entering these five metrics, click 'Apply'. Your dashboard Revenue Tracker and Goal Graphs will automatically update.
The Advanced Goal Calculator is extremely useful if you already know your various conversion rates or if you have been using NextMove PRO for more than 90 days. By using the Advanced Goal Calculator, you can personalize your goal to you even more than what is possible with the simple calculator. To access the Advanced Goal Calculator, click on the 'Advanced' button on the Simple Goal Calculator.
1. Date Range
Choose the 12 month period you would like your goal to be calculated from. You could choose the typical calendar year (Jan - Dec), your NextMove PRO anniversary date, or a custom date range like your agency anniversary date.
2. Income and Expenses
Enter the amount of money you want to bring home after business expenses and taxes. Enter your average monthly business expenses and your estimated federal & state income tax bracket. If you have been using NextMove PRO for more than 90 days, we will show you the actual numbers we have collected to help you personalize your goal.
This is where you will enter the average price your clients buy or sell their homes, the average commission percentage you are paid on a closed transaction, and the percentage of that commission you keep after your brokerage split. Again, if you have been using NextMove PRO for more than 90 days, we will show you the actual numbers we have collected to help you personalize your goal.
Enter your typical conversion rates here.
Under Contract - The percentage of transactions under contact you close.
Agency Agreement - The percentage of agency agreements you put under contract.
Appointment - The percentage of appointments you sign into an agency agreement.
Lead - The percentage of leads that you set an appointment with.
Review your goal breakdown for the year and if you are satisfied, click 'Apply'. Your dashboard Revenue Tracker and Goal Graphs with automatically update.
